Hi T,

Welcome to the forum!!

While I cant confirm that it will work with the Pico out of the box  
On the hardware side all of IO is there for it to work (3.3V logic using SPI)  
In Software there is a CircuitPython module written along with an example for the [ATSAMD51](https://core-electronics.com.au/adafruit-feather-m4-express-featuring-atsamd51-atsamd51-cortex-m4.html)
