I found that the heat pad on the smaller chip was too tick for the main CPU heat pad to contact the heatsink. Using a sharp blade, skimming the top off the smaller chip heat pad made both pads contact the heatsink.

Don’t let this put you off buying, just beware to check the clearance and trim if necessary.
