Can this be used to make an integrated rechargeable battery Ie like charge a lipo battery with this charger an use the power to power a circuit without detaching the lipo battery for the charger

Hey Sam,  
Welcome to the forums!

This product is more of a battery charger than a portable power circuit. If you are looking for something to power a project remotely and have charge capability, I would suggest the [Pimoroni LiPo Amigo Pro](https://core-electronics.com.au/lipo-amigo-lipoliion-battery-charger-lipo-amigo-pro.html). That is made for making portable projects and is a great little board.
