Does anyone know if the Waveshare PCIe To M.2 E KEY Adapter HAT with PoE works with the Alfa Networks AWM27921EU \*I want to run this in Kali Linux using monitor mode

Welcome to the forum!

The Hat itself comes with a Wireless-AX210 module, the module that you mentioned physically will fit the hat we don’t have one of those modules on hand to test.
