# Piicodev with the Arduino Uno R4

Hi all,

I noticed that the new Arduino Uno R4 WiFi has a Qwiic connector, which I believe is the same as the Piicodev I2C connector. Does this mean that I can use the Piicodev ecosystem with Arduino?

Hi Ezra,

Welcome back!

Unfortunately there isnt official support yet, the amazing Makers/Engineers working on Micropython are still working on an official port for the R4.  
You can however use Arduino libraries for supported modules like the temperature sensor (TMP117) ect

I imagine there will be support as soon as it drops though!
