Drivers for this device can be very difficult to find. The manufacturer has declared the device obsolete and seems to be actively discouraging distribution of the drivers. Also, it seems there never was an official ‘generic’ driver for the device, as the manufacturer wanted each OEM to create their own version of the driver. Nonetheless, many of the OEM versions work exactly the same.
The best way to find a driver is to open Control Panel/Device Manager and look for the device Hardware IDs. The device will be listed even if no drivers are available for it. The hardware IDs are at Properties/Details/Hardware IDs. It will be something like ‘VID_067B&PID_2303’ ( the &REV part doesn’t matter). Google that and you should find some references to it. You may have to try several different ones before you get one that works.
(In case you are not aware - when you find a site that claims to have the driver do NOT download any ‘driver installation’ software. It will likely contain malware, and most of them don’t even have the drivers that they claim - they just pick the device name from your search term. You need to look for a site that provides the driver files, not an installation executable. Then use the Windows driver installation function and point it at the driver files.)
