I see that reSpeaker Lite without ESP32 SKU: SS107990273 has been out of stock for a while with no lead time. Is Core no longer going to carry this product ?

I note that you do stock the version with ESP32, but was thinking to use it with an ESP32-S3-devkit with more pins, or maybe a Raspberry Pi.

We are still carrying the product, it’s just currently out of stock with the manufacturer.

On the product page, you can click the “Sign Up to be Notified” link to get an update as soon as they are available to purchase again.

Hopefully, that will be sooner rather than later.
