Hello I washed the 4h video on YouTube it was very informative and helpful.
but I am trying to get the pico to become basically a usb speaker. and the files from get hub are designed for tinyUSB ([GitHub - sctanf/picoamp-2: USB sound card for Raspberry Pi Pico based on TinyUSB, with support for high-resolution audio and I2S MCLK output. · GitHub](https://github.com/sctanf/picoamp-2)) but I confused with tinyUSB.
so my question is: can I copy and paste, the tiny usb code into microPython (thornny) ,and it will work?

Hey there, @D329555, and welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here.

TinyUSB is a C library that implements USB device/host functions. For this project, it looks as though it allow the Pico to enumerate as USB Audio device on a computer. You would then send the received audio out over I²S to an external DAC/amplifier.

Because picoamp-2 is C/CMake firmware, its source can’t be pasted into MicroPython in Thonny. You have two possible paths:

- Compile the project with the Pico C/C++ SDK and its required TinyUSB version (which can be a bit much if you’re new to compiling(,
- Flash a precompiled `.uf2` from the project’s [release page](https://github.com/sctanf/picoamp-2/releases/tag/v11).

The `.uf2` files are already-compiled versions of the software. Just remember that while they make the Pico enumerate as a USB speaker, but you will still need a suitable DAC/amplifier for the speakers.
