In the official ST’s datasheet of VL53L4CD, it is written that the field of view is 18 degrees, but in the 3D physical diagram or schematic diagram it is drawn as 29 degrees.
Kindly help to know the real FoV of this VL53L4CD sensor…

Welcome to the forum!!
A quick look through the datasheet seems like 18 degrees is the true FOV, the 29 degree measurement reads as an exclusion zone to make sure bad readings dont happen.
Interpreting datasheets is an art in its own right
