Conclusion and the next steps
All of the boards have arrived and I’ve been spending some time trying to get PiicoDev boards working with ESP32 (and ESP-NOW).
The C3 breakout board is working with the CP2014 and ESP-PROG so I’m gunna spin up another PCB that can be used across projects.
I think the old board failed for a couple of reasons -
- Not fully understanding the modules beforehand (study that data sheet and get an evaluation board sent - AND UNDERSTAND what parts are necessary, breadboards are your friend( for initial experimenting))
- Trying to do too much at once - daughter boards are a thing for a reason!
