Christian just shared a new tutorial: "Arduino Project with Light (Using Sparkfun RedBoard)"
Now that your RedBoard is set up on its baseplate, the Arduino IDE is installed on your computer and we’ve written our ‘Hello World’ example project, we can begin our first Project Set! The First Project Set explores light and the type of electrical …

Hi, can you please tell me the specs for the photoresistor used in circuit 1C? There seem to be many available ones. I need to buy a new one.

Hey @Steve89086,
The specific photoresistor used in that kit is unfortunately not recorded anywhere I can find. The exact photoresistor used shouldn’t matter that much as long as you change the threshold value to compensate for the resistance change in the code.
This photoresistor should work as expected with the guides threshold value of 750 although there is a chance you may need to modify this for your particular application.
Hope this helps!
OK, thanks very much. I thought that might be a toughy.
