I am seeking the best recommended scope under $800.00 for IOT devops work on Ardunio and Raspberry Pi based systems. basically either Low end Tektronix, Siglent or Rigol. Any advice as I have not purchased a scope for many, many years.Thanks everyone!

The first scope that comes to mind is the Rigol DS1054Z, there is a great write up from Micheal you can have a look at. Hit me up with any questions you have.
As a side note, I have heard a rumour you can unlock the DS1054Z to 100Mhz with a firmware update.
