Which trimpot should I adjust on this converter to adjust the output voltage?

Without specific information about this part I can’t promise my advice won’t cause unwanted results, so count your turns in case you need to put it back. I suspect that the center trimpot will adjust the output. It will take about 24 full turns to go through its full range, and usually they don’t change much until the last few turns.
