Cheers!
Hey Harrison,
Welcome to the forums!
It looks like that product has opened for pre-order, however, due to the stock availability not being open as of yet for it we don’t have it available as we cant guarantee a reasonable lead time. Hit the ‘sign up to get notified’ button on the product page to be notified when it becomes available
Cheers,
Blayden
How to order this one?
Welcome to the forum!
Currently units of the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit | Buy in Australia | DEV-22098 | Core Electronics isn’t shipping from NVIDIA, you can sign up to be notified when stock is available from the product page
Hi Team, Yes I’ve registered to be notified. Very frustrating that NVIDIA are announcing these things available when they aren’t. I’ve got clients lining up for POC MVP projects but I have to tell them we have them on backorder.
Welcome to the forum!
It is rather frustrating that the Super Nano has been announced so far ahead of availability, for the foreseeable future we haven’t been made aware of a shipping date for units to be available for purchase.
Hi Dan
Yes 27 months (2 1/4 years) is a bit late for product release.
Maybe it has been released and become obsolete without anyone knowing???
Cheers Bob
Hey @Robert93820
The older Jetson Nano was released early 2023 and has now been superseded but the announced by not released Super Nano.
Hi Dan
Thanks for that. It isn’t immediately obvious, unless you happen to be dabbling with this device.
If I now read between the lines a bit I realise that the “old” version HAS been available but this “Super” version is a new release. Is that correct??
To be quite clear I don’t want one but I sometimes wonder at the marketing strategy used.
Like Sony a lot of years ago. Advertised they had a TV that you could hang on the wall like a picture. Took about 15 years to get one though.
Cheers Bob
