Prototype development needed

Hello all,
I am looking for someone to build some prototypes utilising the Arduino platform, wireless communication (Bluetooth 4.2, 802.11 b/g/n or LTE CAT M1). It will involve fresh programming / code. Prior wireless communications experience is essential. Knowledge of fog routers & computing highly desirable, along with MQTT, etc.

It involves control of air conditioning units and water heaters. I have detailed requirements and objectives. The work is to start immediately. Please contact me for further details.
