I know we sorted this over our live chat, but I’ll just pop the answer in here anyway.
We currently don’t sell the Pi 4 variant of this case.
Does the Raspberry Pi Model B+, 2, 3 & 3B+ - DIN Rail Case (4M Modulbox) have room for a poe top hat?

Hi Daniel,
These cases have plenty of space above the Pi for displays and the like, a Pi hat should sit around where the red line is on the diagram below:
