A typical power bank would have enough power to run those devices, and will work just fine. The one you mention has sufficient power. It is, in fact, just a big battery with charging circuitry, and a regulator to provide 5v from the battery. One point to be aware of is that some power banks do not function properly if you have them on charge at the same time as you are using the power (like you would use a 240v adapter).- they might overcharge the battery. Check the instructions for your power bank to confirm that it is OK if you intend to use it like that.
