The 24GHz Microwave Radar Sensor (SEN0306) is designed primarily for non-contact distance measurement and object detection using microwave radar technology. It is not suitable for water level detection. For water level detection, you can consider Gravity: Photoelectric High Accuracy Liquid Level Sensor for Arduino.

As Lia mentioned, this sensor is not designed for that purpose. We do have a variety of different liquid level sensors in our Liquid & Flow product category.
These sensors cover a wide range of different technologies, accuracy, and specific use-cases, so there are plenty of options for whatever project you need.
