I have 2 dc 6v positive and negative wire that pulse (spike 8-9v) and polarity one way needs to activate the relay (latching) then when the polarity reserve it disengage the relay,
If theres not a relay that will do this is it possible to use 2 relays and some diodes?

There are lots of ways to latch a relay as there is more than one type of latching relay.
Following is a circuit for a simple classic way to latch a DPDT relay.
This requires a NO momentary switch to operate and latch the relay and another NC momentary switch to release the relay.
This could be done with transistors or a Mosfet to drive and latch the relay but you still need switches to operate these unless you use an IC to drive these with latching logic but all this becomes messy. I prefer to keep this sort of thing simple.
The down side with this circuit is you are wasting a NO contact to do the latching. But I suppose if you need a latch it is not wasted. The relay has to remain powered to maintain the latch.
The relay shown is a DPDT type but if you only need NO contacts a DPST type would do as long as the contacts are in the NO position when not activated.
The relay you describe I THINK does not have to be powered to retain position but you still have to have some means to reverse the operating pulse. And generate it in the first place.
You are a bit vague with exactly what you are trying to achieve here. If you could be more specific you might get more answers. I believe Donald23173 has used latching relays in a project fairly recently so if you can be more detailed on your aims he might be able yo jump in with some ideas.
