Other way round I’m afraid.
“[T]urn something like a keyboard into a multi-device USB peripheral” is such confusing phrasing, it took me several minutes to make sense of it.
Basically it means that you could make it into a USB Hub with multiple ports or solder two USB device directly to it so they’re treated as one device.
