Yes it detects motion and if it is dark it plays the sound. Doing all these conversions back and forth is probably dubious. Can you suggest other options to play sound from pico?

Afraid I am not very up with Pico or any other RPi product for that matter.
I believe however that Pico is capable of generating tones I just don’t know how. You probably don’t want anything like 15000Hz so aiming for a lower cut off could improve the output quality. Even 10000 would be pretty high for your application.

I think you might mean 2k2Ω or 2200Ω
With 2200k cut off would be 15Hz
