Wondering if this Capasitive Touchscreen is compatible with Raspberry PI 4 B?
Also is it plug and play or do I need to install drivers to use the display.

Yes the screen is compatible with the RPi4. You will need to do some configuration to get it to work.
Also, there is an updated version of the display.
The product description above has a link to the documentation on how to configure the display, so have a read and see if this is what you want.
