Following the tutorial link below, I encountered and error “E: Unable to locate package libjasper-dev” in the setup of this tutorial “Face Recognition With Raspberry Pi and OpenCV - Tutorial Australia”
Badly needed help, almost all tutorials in the internet are using this library/module. Please point me to the right direction or I am open to any collaboration.
