Read moreHi, just letting you know that the 1.1-1.3mm/3.5-3.8mm Socket to 2.1mm/5.5mm Plug Adapter ADA2788 recommended for the 6V 6W Solar Panel ADA1525 is not compatible. The internal pin on the adaptor I received appears to be too large to fit into the Solar Panel connector.

That’s concerning! Voltaic seem to put that plug on all of their panels, and Adafruit’s adapter claims to support it, so I can’t see why it wouldn’t work 
Can you shoot us a pic of the adapter and panel cable? Keen to get to the bottom of this one!

I had several goes at it and with a fair amount of force and care I was able to get it to plug in.
It’s an extremely tight connector for its size, beyond anything I have come across in the past. It may have an o-ring seal on the inside or the pin receptacle maybe on the limit of what it can take.
Might be worth testing one yourself and/or putting a note on the product page.
