Does anyone have any ideas for a project I could start (mainly with Arduino and Raspberry pi 3) for Beginner - Intermediate
(With parts purchasable from core electronics)

The best place to start is the SparkFun Inventors Kit or the Beginner Kit for Arduino. They both come with a bunch of projects to work through that are perfect for a beginner, and all the parts needed for an intermediate level maker to start creating.
