Multiple Bare Conductive Touch Panel Setup

Hi there,

We currently have a Bare Conductive Touch Panel Starter Kit but we are wanting to add 2 more touch controllers to the setup but need a bit of assistance.

We would like to use low powered speakers with the Touch Panels as well as find a solution for powering all of the Touch Panels with one power supply.

Can you please let me know what the appropriate setup is for this?

Suggestions for parts needed to be able to accomplish these goals would be greatly appreciated .

Hi Paul,

These look like interesting kits! Having a quick read of the board’s datasheet, power can only be provide through the USB port or via a 3.7V LiPo battery.

You could splice three JST connectors together and power the board that way, the boards also support battery charging via the USB port (just unplug the other 2 boards when charging the battery to be safe.
