Hi @Ray101109, Welcome to the Forums!!!
The PCIe connection speed to the Pi is only one lane of PCIe Gen 2. This means the total bandwidth between the Pi and the HAT is 4 Gigabit per second.
You may be able to see close to that speed on one port but if you are utilising more than one It’ll distribute the bandwidth between the 4 ports.
