Pi, POE Hat & Tower Case

Hi all,

I have just purchased a POE Hat, Pi 4 and the 4Pi Tower Mount Enclosure and have found an issue when trying to put the three of these things together.

Although the description of the tower stated it was compatible with the POE Hats, the nylon screws/bolts that come with the case are too small to anchor the Pi to the perspex plates when the POE Hat is attached to the Pi.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so how did you manage to anchor the Pi to the plates?

Welcome to the forum!

Very sorry about the product page not being clear, I’ll get that fixed up.

To get you back on track ASAP I would try and track down a local fastener store.
The POE HAT I pulled from stock has M2.5 bolts and we’ll be looking for a length of 10 or 11mm.

I wasn’t able to track down any small packs of the bolts, here is a few parts from Element14 that should work.
