Is there something similar to Pololu DRV8835 for Raspberry Pi 3B? I am not sure that this motor driver will work with this model.

It works with the 3B and many others. Take a look at the overview on the Pololu page (Pololu DRV8835 Dual Motor Driver Kit for Raspberry Pi). It list the following Raspberry Pi’s: Model B+, Model A+, or Pi 2 Model B, Pi 3 Model B, or Pi 3 Model B+
