Powering neopixels

Hi

Just wondering is it possible to power 5 x 1m WS2812B strips ( 30/m) with an arduino nano connected to a lipo battery?

The plan is to make a dance floor project where you step on a pressure pad, the corresponding 1m light strip turns on and fades off when the person hops off the pad.

(pretty new to arduino and neopixels!)
