Does the PiicoDev RFID Module (NFC 13.56MHz) support emulation?

By Emulation do you mean emulating an NFC tag? The PiicoDev Module is a reader so can handle the reading of all NTAG213 and Classic (aka. Mifare®) tags.
But cant act like a tag, for that I’d check out the Qwiic Dynamic NFC/RFID Tag | Sparkfun SPX-19035 | Core Electronics Australia or you can get the ‘NFC tools’ app on a lot of phones.
