Welcome to our forum. I’ve moved your post to a new topic as it’s not very relative for the button cell battery you posted on - it’s more of a general Raspberry Pi question.
You won’t get much on-time for your Raspberry Pi with a CR2032 battery; it doesn’t hold much energy. Perhaps you could use a Raspberry Pi Zero; alongside a LiPo battery and step-up voltage module. Some smart power management would be needed to get the most out of the battery. And I guess there is the hassle of recharging it - which the PowerBoost module takes care of.
