RGBW - warm white with esp8266

Hello, I’m trying to see if there are any videos online or walkthroughs of connecting an esp8266 with an led strip that has RGBW connections … my led strip has 5 wires R G B W and power … I find everything connections rgb but not sure where to connect the white (warm white) wire on the esp8266. Also if the WLED app can control white alongside the RGB.

Any help on this would be appreciated thank you for anyone’s help

Welcome to the forum!

While it is possible to run WLED with extra boards in play like an Addressable Mosfet, WLED does not natively support Analog LED strips and so it is much more difficult to make work than a standard 5V addressable strip.
