RPi LoRa/GPS Hat configured for Australia

When ordering Raspberry Pi LoRa/GPS HAT - support 868M frequency (Seeed Studio) how can I specify that I want to use it in Australia (915MHz)?

Hi Jan,

You cannot change the frequency of the Seeed Raspberry Pi LoRa/GPS HAT unfortunately. If you want to use LoRa in Australia we reccommend the Pycom LoPy4: https://core-electronics.com.au/pycom-lopy4.html

The LoRa HAT is retired, and as Stephen said, we recommend the LoPy4 for LoRa in Australia (this is why it replaced the HAT on the store).

If you combine the LoPy4 with a Pytrack, you will get the same functionality plus a whole heap more than the HAT would have given you (Sigfox, Wifi, access to the Glonass, Galileo, and QZSS location services, and many other features), plus it’s programmed in MicroPython - so it’d be roughly the same as programming in Python on the Raspberry Pi.
