I bought the Environment Science Board For Micro: Bit + microbit with you guys some months ago. I would like to get data from this board in Azure Iot. How can I connect this board with Azure?
I didn’t find any Wifi extension board available to connect to it…
It looks like it has been done before. But is isnt probably the neatest solution, you can buy a wifi module or someone has put it through a raspberry pi: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/educator-developer-blog/connecting-a-bbc-micro-bit-to-the-internet/ba-p/1527220
I’ve seen it, but not really a good way to solve it.
Is there any way to get data out of this Science Board instead of try it through micro-bit?
Possibly, if you can connect to the pins for I2C and/or UART you should be able to interact with the sensors that way with another microcontroller of your choice.
