Welcome to the Forums! I cant see anywhere with Feetech where it shows this being used at 12V, could you provide a link to where you may have seen that one?
I would assume overvolting this servo by that much would cause a massive risk of damage, it wouldn’t be something I would recommend. May be worth going with a more capable servo that matches your project needs.

I found this link on the STS3215 showing it Can do 12V at 30kg.cm. I have also red online from red rabbit robotics saying that the sts3215 servos can run at 12V. https://www.feetechrc.com/525603.html.

The Specs linked are for a different model of servo that is designed for 4-14V.
Its Model number is ST-3215-C018 compared to STS3215
These are the actual specifications of the STS3215 Servo are here.
If you do need a +30Kg.cm servo we do have some such as this one available:
