[UNSOLVED] New User Tutorial?

This feels like a rather silly question, but where would I find the interactive new user tutorial, and is the advanced tutorial in the same place?

I have had a brief look around and search and I cannot find the tutorial.

I found this under Profile → Preferences → Interface.

Tried that and it didn’t give the award. This could be an old feature, however the badges still appear.

If you check your messages on the forums you should have received a greeting from @discobot.
If you follow the instructions in the message you should be able to get the certified badge.
