Can I use this to charge a 10,8V 6600mah battery? Thanks

Unfortunately not. As mentioned on the product page: For charging single Lithium Ion/Lithium Polymer 3.7/4.2v batteries

For charging multi-cell batteries such as yours, you’ll need a dedicated balancing charger to ensure that those cells are charged safely.
