What’s the intended mounting for this monitor? doesn’t even seem to be screw holes to create a bracket to mount?

Welcome to the forums!

Generally, with a raw panel display, you would use some sort of double-sided adhesive to mount it where it needs to go. A good solution for this is to 3D print a backing and double-sided tape it (3M adhesive works wonders) to the 3D printed part to mount it.
