4k video over DIY HDMI cable

Hi there,

I would like to use an Adafruid DIY HDMI cable (e.g. SKUs ADA3553 + ADA3563 + ADA3558) to connect a portable 4k monitor to a Raspberry Pi 4B. I have space constraints, so the right angle plugs would be perfect for my application. I am concerned, however, that such a cable might not be able to support 4k video.

Does anybody have any experience using these cables (or similar ones) for 4k video?

Cheers,
Hamish
