The datasheet sheet show a very simple two mic circuit setup but the esp32/arduino sketch is very challenging to get the 24bit interleaving working. Its predecessor the INMP441 works perfectly fine with (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmruNKeIN-o).

Would you be able to tell us more about exactly where you are getting stuck when you try and run the two mic arduino sketch?
