Welcome to the forum!
This breakout is not compatible with the ESP32-CAM module, as the ESP32-CAM is designed specifically for the OV2640 via a fixed 24-pin connector and does not expose general-purpose camera GPIOs.
However, this breakout can work with ESP32-Sx development boards, such as the ESP32-S3 Mini Development Board.
