AGPS mode in SIM7600G

I got back to Ge on this topic with a few pointers though I’m not sure if anything worked: Assisted GPS (AGPS) on SIM7600 module - #5 by Ge204539

Did any of these tips eventuate into something working?

Hi Yahia,

No experience unfortunately - it would definitely be worth taking a read through some documentation and maybe even getting in touch with Ge to see if you can work through it together!

From the commands that Ge posted it looks like other connections/radios have to be enabled for it to work - the SIMCOM AT commands document should have instructions for enabling it (can be found with a quick google).

Hi Yehia,

When it comes to certifications it would be best to get in touch with an engineer.

If you’re broadcasting any signals though you’ll most definitely need a certification - check out the frequency allocations in your country.
