The active cooler won’t fit inside this case but the case will cool your Pi with its own heatsink and fan.
Does the case provide any cable routing for access to the GPIO pins when the lid is on? It’s a bit hard to tell from the photos but I’m assuming the small grid on the side near the GPIO header is just for airflow?

This case doesn’t have a way to access the GPIO pins when fully assembled, but does have a removable panel on the top that you can take off to access the GPIO.
The Pi will look similar to the following screenshot when this panel is removed.
As you can see, the cooling and protection elements are still in place with this plate removed.
