If i compile RP5 along with RP5 active cooler, M2 Hat, POE Hat, RTC Battery, NVME Base and M.2 2242 NVME SSD, will this case enclose all of those components? Or do i still need “Argon ONE v3 NVMe PCIe Expansion Board for Raspberry Pi 5”?
And if i buy “Argon ONE v3 NVMe PCIe Expansion Board for Raspberry Pi 5”, Do i still need NVME Base?
If not, what case is compatible to enclose all required components?
Hi @Mrunal273793, Welcome to the Forums!!!
The Argon One V3 and NVMe expansion base come with everything you need for the Pi, M.2 NVMe slot, cooling and a case. It isn’t designed to work with the Waveshare Pi 5 POE HAT or the Active Cooler.
The Pimoroni NVMe base is not designed to work with the Argon one V3 or most other cases.
The closest that may work for all the components you are wanting to use would be this Aluminum case. If you use an extended FPC for the NVMe base It might be long enough to run the base on the bottom of the case and have the Pi an POE hat in the case.
Also note the Waveshare POE HAT for Pi 5 is not compatible with the active cooler.
I hope this helps with getting started with your Pi 5.
