Conductive Ink

Hi,
Im looking at a product for a client who wants to put printed icons on their shop window (ideally on the inside), that when a customer touches the glass from the street, the screen in the window will play a video.

I have the Pi part worked out, and have been looking at conductive ink as the link between the window glass and the device.

Does anyone have experience of using this type of ink in this way?

I haven’t used conductive inks, but perhaps capacitive touch sensors would do the job just as well.
