This DC power jack/connector is just like the other one that we carry except that it’s terminated with breadboard-friendly pins instead of wide solder terminals. These are also compatible with our DC wall supplies and have a 5mm jack, with a 2.1mm center pole diameter.

Is this compatible with a 2.5mm jack?

Just a heads up:

While it works well with breadboards, it can have some trouble with perfboards, I had to drill my perfboard holes a little bigger to get this part to fit, otherwise, a great choice!
