Hoping to find a datasheet with torque-efficiency values for this - does anyone know the product number for the motor itself? Or anywhere I could get its datasheet?

It’s very unlikely you’ll get that kind of information for one of these. You don’t really get that level of engineering and quality control in $6 hobby spec motor.

The fastest way to get that information will be to buy one and measure it. Just use a lab power supply to drive it, and tie a string with a small weight to a pulley or rope spool on the output. Power in = Volts=Current. Power out = Weight times lifting speed.

Efficiency = Power out / Power in.

I’ve been hunting around to find a screw or similar to fit into the hole in the axle, so I can fix a wheel on. Could anyone advise what sort of fastener would suit?

Hi @Stephen276464, Welcome to the Forums!!!

The Output shaft as a hole in it that a screw can thread into to secure wheels to the axel.

From the accessories they are either keyed and secured with a screw or they are keyed and have a friction fit

I hope this helps with some ideas.

Perfect, thanks. That’s what I needed. Looks like I just need a 1.95mm screw.

Hi Stephen
Probably be an M2 metric screw if it is threaded. If just a hole it would take an M2 thread.
Cheers Bob
PS. If you contemplate a self tapping screw (I think 2G) be aware there are special thread forms for plastic which differ from the “normal” (sheet metal??) form.
