Great question - I don’t recall a document, per se, though here are some quick tips.
As of Oct 2026, the UI /WYSIWYG is as follows(for the Markdown tab):
For code:
Drawings and photos are best pasted in as JPG - re-exporting can be done in your favourite pixel editor (mine is the lightweight paint.net), or just pasted from your clipboard (ctrl + v).
or through the formatting ribbon at the top of the posting box
