Hi community… is Fritzing worth the 6 Euros or is there something like it or better for free?
I’ve just downloaded, so I’ll let you know if it is…
Hi Gianni,
Sorry we didn’t get to this sooner! Fritzing is great for drawing diagrams of how you’ve got stuff set up on a breadboard, as well as converting that into a PCB, it also has enormous libraries of maker gear by Adafruit, SparkFun, and more, but it can be a little clunky to use sometimes.
If you want to give it some competition, KiCAD is fast becoming a worthy competitor to even some pro EDA software, and is open source and free! @Michael has a fantastic video playlist going over the basics to get it making boards
Happy PCB design!
